There’s a lot out there, but I like these cause they have a tech line where you can talk to someone who knows.
I have been dealing with J&P Cycles for years. Good prices and fast shipping. You can also find tons of HD stuff (new&used) on EBAY http://www.jpcycles.com
HD has plenty of accessories for your bike.
If you don’t want to buy from the dealer, check out Custom Chrome, Kuryakyn, Bikers Choice, etc. Your local HD dealership should have a bunch of aftermarket catalogs at your disposal. After you find the right part, go to J&P Cycle’s website and buy it cheaper there.
All you need to do is do a Yahoo! search for "harley-davidson parts and accessories" and you’ll find a million answers.
A couple of the big ones are listed below.
The Forty-Eight is called an XR1200X.
j&p cycles is one.The 48 is not even close to the same bike as the xr1200x other than its a sportster as one poster said
Good luck.
I had the same question in ‘06, when mine was new.
There was NO aftermarket parts available for my re-designed bike.
Some, but not many, parts from previous years would (timer cover, clutch cover, etc.)
