If so then they would have re-mapped the engine to accept this exhaust system and your bike would have been all set up to function perfectly when you took it out of the service department....I assume this is what yo are refering too when you say....change computer settings......Nothing for you to do unless you remove the Rineharts and are going to re-install the original manufacturers pipes....THe poppiing sound is always there with HD scooters when you let off on the throttle it is just not discenrable on stock exhaust but once you go to an aftermarket one like your RIneharts/Samsons/BuB/Vance adn Hines etc then since the exhaust is that much louder then you will also here the slight popping-backfiring when you ease up o the throttle..You new buyer should be aware of that and if not then enlighten him of it I will assume you boght the Rinehart system from your HD delaership.
