Victory is a division of bombardier a french Canadian company that manufactures snowmobiles. I don't know how you could find where any manufacturer gets their components, in today's world economy it may change every year, they get them from anywhere that meets their specifications for the best price & can meet their delivery schedules

Victory is a division of Polaris, not Bombardier. Honestly, i would say a new Harley and new Victory are pretty close, and could even vary from model to model on which one has more American content. Your best bet is to look it up model by model. The Goldwing is not more American than any Harley, because the profits, r&d, and overhead money all go to Japan.

Thats a closely guarded secret at harley as none of the die-hard HD tools want to believe that there Harley has parts from overseas. I have heard, however, that over 50% of the parts are foreign. Couldn't tell you on the Victory though.
