yes it will hurt it, believe it or not the 2 into 1 gives you more power in this case. If you change it, it will need to be dyno’d for carb adjustments.
It will cause your bike to run leaner. this can result in burned valves. You’ll need to re-jet your carb to richen up the mixture. Also, the first answerer is correct, duals will decrease horsepower on a stock motor. You would be better off keeping your stock headers and adding aftermarket slip on mufflers.
