harley sportster used parts?

   Your best bet is to visit your local Harley dealer. They have a parts catalog that is free. It will come in handy for searching for the part you need whether on the Internet or at swap meets. I checked my book and it looks like there is no year for the back rest, sissy bars you are looking for are for 83-03 model and sissy bar mounting plates are for 94-03 models. Get a copy of the catalog so you can see what you are looking for and compare it to the part you are thinking about buying before you make your purchase.

   i use the mid-sized bar and pad. belive me, it’ll get the job done. if u go to ebay and input the year and type of sportster, then enter ’sissy bar’, u’d get some ideas. u can go from small to tall, and the tall is just that…….very tall.

   Go to Corbin http://www.corbin.com/harley/xl/ and get an idea. Then shop Ebay or Craigslist.
