BDC - PC - 139 - 1 for a USA 197Q, possibly a belt of some sort.
If someone can help please tell me as well where I can purchase one.

Well, I have a rear drive belt, marked BDL-PC-125 (GATES logo) USA 013S.
The PC-125 is the Gates part number (125 teeth).
BDL (Belt Drive Ltd) is the company it was made for.
Yours is a 139 tooth (PC-139).
Is this a rear drive belt, or a primary belt? What width? (rear drive, 1 1/2, or 1 1/8?)
