Where can I find a listing of Harley or Buell piston part numbers?

I have a set of harley (Buell) pistons with part # 22645-98YA. I want to verify that they are for pistons that can be used with Buell Thunderstorm heads.

Why does it take so long for harley parts to come in?

Everytime I order parts for my Buell, I have to go through Harley and it takes like 2 weeks for one stupid bolt to come in. Why is that? Do they only pay people to make parts AS needed?

Also on a side note, what is up with the Harley dogma?
