What should I do for my mom and dad in law?
So my best friend and parents can't afford to throw my baby shower, so my boyfriends parents stepped in and are throwing it. I know they're doing it at a hall which is already going to cost them 400 dollars for the day or more, then all the decorations, food, and invitations... they're spending a lot of money on me. I want to show them how appreciative I am and get them something really nice for doing that for me. They like to do things out together, they both like motorcycles and harley davidson stuff (but theyve got a million clothes and accessories and stuff from them) they have 2 english mastiffs they love to death... so anyone have any creative ideas of what I could do for them? Sure I could take them out to dinner or something predictable like that, but I'm looking for something special and creative that will surprise them and show them gratitude. Thanks!
kodak can put a picture of the dogs on a coffee mug and other things. you might wanna check out that site.
well actually i was just at a place called pet depot and was looking at there things there. They have dog collars and leashes that are harley davidson and little or big jackets. My brother is teaching his dog to ride with him. They may like that.good luck
Write them a letter stating how much you appreciate what they have done and what it means to you then put it in a frame and give it to them. Then every time they look at it the will know how much it did mean to you.
ps you have great in laws
First off start by telling them how much you really appreciate what they have done and that you are glad to be connected to them in such a close way that they would even consider these things for you. After wards you can start by considering watching the dogs for them as they take a ride together with no worries of the care taking of their beloved pets and/or ask if you can ride with them ,(If you can ride and or have a bike), or find some of their friends and invite them for a little gathering for an appreciation party for the ones you love and that love you. :Thanks, Mom and Dad" on the banner.
Have both of their dogs groomed cleaned and looking good
Buy them both massages to a local spa..
Give them a "date in a box" where they open it and have a 20 gift card to the movies, and a 60$ gift card to a restaurant. Or 40.. Or whatever.
Have a garage sale to get rid of some stuff and make space for all ur new baby stuff and then give them the money!
If they are the grandparents of ur child, have them customized shirts made that say best grandpa and best grandma :]
Wash their bikes for them. Clean their house, mow their lawn.
Take the mom out for manicure with you (bonding time) and get ur man and his dad some game tickets..
Good luck and best wishes on ur pregnancy :]
