Filters = K&N are good, Perf-form are decent to. They last a little longer than OEM and some have a magnetic stem to keep particles from recirculating.
Brakes = Performance Machine are what I use, they don’t overheat in active riding conditions like OEM.
Plugs = Depends on the model you have. I ride an old IronHead and use GM sparkplugs, they just work right for my bike setup.
Word of advice on plugs. Split-fire style plugs must be very carefully gapped so they are perfectly parallel or your spark will be offset with the end result being a lesser spark instead of better. I don’t recommend them for Harley applications unless your bike is tricked out and needs a better spark. Of course then you would just use a better coil.
The best thing you could do is find a local shop that works on bikes like yours so you will have a local parts source and some good wisdom as to how to get the most out your bike.
fram makes a good oil filter; usually $1 less than oem
k&n air filter never needs to be replaced
many aftermarket brake pads
many sparkplug makers and styles.
i also agree with the data in answer #1
good luck and happy riding
